>. Payment with order only, (goods dispatched upon postal order clearance). We accept all major UK credit cards.
>. Carriage for UK deliveries is free on 90% of Medik8 (Nanogen) products, All orders will be sent by Royal Mail, recorded delivery. Next Day delivery is available at extra costs. For next day delivery you will need to place your order before 2.30pm.
Herbal Health uk has over 15 web sites and many products, we send out many orders on a daily basis and can be very busy with orders. In extreme cases, we cannot guarantee next day delivery will be sent the same day as we received the order.
>. All orders are subject to availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
>. Sometimes we run low on stock. If the product you have ordered is currently out of stock, we will place it on back order, most likely it will be back in stock with our next delivery. You would expect to receive your order in 3-7 working days.
Sometimes there is issues beyond our control, Although 90% of orders are received within 3 days, you should allow 28 days for delivery of your order.
>. Right to change your mind. You have the right to change your mind within 7 days from the date of order.
If you have received your order and have not opened it please return the goods to us. We will refund you minus postage costs.
If you have received your order and opened it we will not refund any orders.
Refunds.
If a refund is agreed these conditions will apply.
1. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
2. All returns must be in a re-saleable condition.
3. No correspondence will be entered into.

All refunds have a 20% administration fee. Postage will not be refunded.
If we have not been able fullfil your order within the 28 days stated we will refund with no admin charges.
5. We send some orders free to the UK, if a refund is requested we will deduct £7.50 per order for postage & packaging.
If you paid for next day delivery, it will be deducted from the refund.
Postage charges on dispatched orders will not be refunded.
You will be responsible for all delivery charges when returning orders to us.
We suggest you use Royal Mail's Recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage.
We can not be held accountable for items not sent recorded/registered/special delivery.
